Print Terms

These terms apply to all limited edition prints purchased directly through peterkettle.co.uk.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Limited Editions

Each print is produced as part of a strictly limited edition and is hand signed and numbered by Peter Kettle.

Once an edition has sold out, no further prints of that edition will be produced.

Product Information

Every effort is made to display each artwork as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly between screens and devices.

Room visualisations and framed images are provided to help illustrate scale and presentation unless otherwise stated.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices are subject to change without notice, although confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payment

Payments are processed securely using the payment methods available at checkout.

Peter Kettle does not store or have access to your payment details.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.

All artwork, images and intellectual property remain the copyright of Peter Kettle.

The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. No artwork may be reproduced, copied, scanned, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

Liability

If your print arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible so that the issue can be resolved.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
