Print Shipping & Returns

The information below applies only to limited edition prints purchased directly through peterkettle.co.uk. Original paintings may have different delivery arrangements depending on the gallery, exhibition or individual sale.

Shipping

Each limited edition print is carefully packaged flat using archival materials and rigid protective packaging to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase. During busy exhibition periods or public holidays, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. If so, you will be contacted.

UK Delivery

• Free tracked delivery on all limited edition prints.

• Fully insured in transit.

• Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

Worldwide tracked delivery is available.

Depending on the destination, orders may be sent using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or another trusted courier to provide the safest and most reliable service.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by their own country.

Returns

If, for any reason, you decide your print is not right for you, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned prints must be in their original condition and packaging.

Unless an item is faulty or has been damaged during transit, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and artwork, and a replacement or full refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method once the artwork has been received and inspected.
