The Snow-Capped Peak – Mt. Fuji depicts Mount Fuji rising beyond Lake Kawaguchi, its snow-covered summit emerging through shifting layers of cloud and atmospheric light. Broad horizontal passages of blue, ochre and muted red dissolve the landscape into bands of water, land and sky, capturing the mountain as a distant presence rather than a sharply defined landmark.
